Prices and payment

Each item is listed with a price including VAT. In the shopping cart, you can see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping and payment. Payment terms are indicated in the shopping cart depending on the selected payment method. Shipping conditions are specified in the shopping cart depending on the selected shipping method.


Payment

All prices are stated in SEK including VAT.

Puckies of Sweden AB, offers four different options for paying for products:

Invoice: When paying via invoice, we cooperate with KLARNA. To shop against an invoice, you must enter your social security number or organization number. A prerequisite for being allowed to shop against invoice is, among other things, that you are registered in the population register in Sweden and are over 18 years of age. You must not have any payment notes. In the event of late payment, a reminder fee is payable in the amount permitted by law, f.n. SEK 50, plus late payment interest at 2% per month. In the event of non-payment, the invoice is handed over to debt collection.


Puckies Invoice For business customers, payment days 15 days. An administration fee of SEK 19 is charged in connection with the purchase. A prerequisite for being allowed to shop against invoice is, among other things, that you are registered in the population register in Sweden and are over 18 years of age. Payson Payment is easy and secure with Payson. Even if you don't have a Payson account before, you can quickly make the transaction via Payson. Payson cooperates with VISA, MasterCard and all Swedish banks that offer direct payments, Swedbank, Handelsbanken, SEB, Nordea and Danske Bank. Payson maintains high security requirements and is PCI certified by Trustwave, an international organization for secure e-commerce. Swish trade: The money is reserved immediately, and withdrawn from your account the same day.


Delivery time

Puckies of Sweden AB only sells products available from stock. The delivery time is normally 2-5 working days, depending on where in Sweden the delivery is to take place and which day of the week the order was placed. We ship items from our warehouse Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday.


Delivery times during holidays and public holidays such as Christmas, New Year, Midsummer and Easter or promotions are usually longer than normal.


Deliveries

Puckies of Sweden AB hires DHL, Postnord. Frigoscandia is used for frozen transport.

For unclaimed goods, an administrative fee of shipping cost plus SEK 300 is charged. Be sure to always enter the correct delivery address and telephone number, you yourself are responsible if the address is incorrect and the goods do not reach you.


Generally

We do not take responsibility for the shape of the goods or if goods have been damaged during transport by post.

Our frozen range of Puckies can be kept at room temperature for a few days but should be placed in the fridge or freezer after receipt for the longest shelf life and to maintain the product's freshness.

Returns

Returns are at your own expense, except if the item is defective or if we have packed it incorrectly. Returns must be sent as a letter or package, not cash on delivery or returned to the store. We replace with a new item.


Open purchase

Puckies of Sweden AB, does not offer open purchase of goods.


Repayment obligation:
We shall, in the case of returns for defects or similar, refund what you have paid for the item as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the item. You must pay the return costs yourself when you send the item back. We always pay the return cost for sending back so-called replacement goods.
